Back at it

After a hiatus, we're back! Fun and busy winter... I'll let the pictures do the talking.

After living in Austin for almost 9 years, we hadn't been to Mount Bonnell yet. Just minutes from our house and such beautiful views. Fun afternoon out with Nana.

Laura invited us over for a super fun cook out. Fisher's first s'mores.

Daddy went to Lawrence to celebrate his 20 year Phi Psi reunion. They had a great turnout and even made it to watch the Hawks' (bball) game.

Iconic establishment. Justin with Erik Lund and Brian Hack.

Post game dinner at Free State.

Meanwhile, we drove to Dallas to visit GGma and our friends, The Reichles. Here Fisher and Harry working together on a puzzle.

And big sisters, Sloane and Eleanor, playing Monopoly Jr.

Aunt Sally invited us out to make Valentine's candy, and the kids had a ball. Of course, Aunt Sally had everything perfectly orchestrated to keep the kids entertained.

Chocolate creation. I think I caught Fisher mid-blink...

And while the milk chocolate set, cards and coloring to keep the kids busy.

Next up, white chocolate!

Ta da!

Another trip to Georgetown to visit the Inner Space Caverns. They were a HIT.

Drove by the house Justin grew up in in Round Rock.

Crunchy taco lunch at a new spot on the way home from the burbs.

Fisher taking a queso bath.

Greenbelt outing.

Beadles in town for Spring Break. Froyo time!

BFFs

Fun with Laura and Ryan.

Adult outing for SXSW started with a delicious breakfast at Josephine House.

Then met up with friends to see Kurt Vile at Cedar Street.

Then SXSWing with the kiddos and Kiki at Waterloo

Sweaty SX.

Uncle Nicky comes to town for the Final Four. Eleanor shows off her reading skills. Fisher renamed Nick "Uncle Nicky Head" while here.

Next up, the party bus to San Antonio to cheer on our boys. While the outcome wasn't what we'd hoped for, the day with friends was super fun.

Pre party at Rita's on the River. We ran into lots of blasts from the past... great to be surrounded by familiar faces/fellow Jayhawks.

Justin and Clay sporting the groomsman gifts from Clarky's wedding.

We made it inside the Alamodome! Great seats, right?!?

That was the zoomed in view. This was our actual view;(
We estimated that we could fit two more courts in between our seats and the actual court. Oh well, it was good to be there regardless.

It's not a TX roadtrip without a pit stop in Buc-ees! The out-of-towners were blown away.

Meanwhile, the kiddos had a sleepover at Laura's and hit up an Easter party.

Donning sparkly bunny ears made by Kiki.

Clanceys come to town. Olivia and Eleanor dining together.

Gemelli outing.

Parents night out: Eric and Linds.

I've known most of these jokers for over 25 years. Holy cow.
Alex, Justin, Dede, Me, Lindsey, Eric, Ryan, and Ridge

These two are obsessed with boardgames. Fun way to hang as a fam. Our collection has grown thanks to Christmas and birthdays: Sorry, Trouble, Scrabble, Monopoly Jr,, Mousetrap...
